Le 25 mars 2024, le Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) a publié un avis sur la désignation des ingrédients de matières premières bloqués à l'entrée dans le pays. Cet avis porte sur l’ingrédient « HHC-O-acétate (Hexahydrocannabinol O-acétate) ».
